Doctor reverses her sons autism

Say Yes to:
  • Probiotics     (The human body needs to have 90% good bacteria consistently in order to maintain digestion and a strong immunity, probiotics is your anwer)
  • Fermented Foods (fermented foods introduce helpful probiotics to our guts)
  • Kefir
  • Aged cheeses (not pasteurized)
  • Greek style yogurt if you can tolerate dairy
  • Vegetables - preferrably green, and raw. (organic)
  • Sour Fruit - lemons, limes, grapefruit, green grapes, granny smith (in moderation), all berries (organic)
  • Fish, Range free, organic, no hormones, no steroids Meat (in moderation)
Say No to:
  • Sugar
  • Grains (rice, wheat, oats, rye)
  • White flour, bread, pasta, gluten
  • Potatoes
  • Beans
  • Starchy foods
  • Sweet fruits 
  • Dairy (with the exception of Greek Yogurt if tolerable and aged non pasteurized cheese)
